In our endeavor to deliver high quality, we at Komatsu Product Support -Parts Division have established a state-of-art Regional Parts Distribution Centre(RPDC) to cater Indian customers with Komatsu genuine parts through our local distributor Larsen & Toubro and their sub-dealer network, with central warehouse located at Nagpur and regional stock points designated across India.
Komatsu Genuine Parts range includes consumables such as filters, oils and lubricants; wear parts such as under carriage (UC), ground engaging tools (GET), including other parts such as hydraulic cylinders, power trains, hoses and maintenance kits to offer total solutions to our valuable customers.

- Situated on a huge area of 1.29 lacks sq.ft., the warehouse of over 75,000 Sqf.t. and over 6500 sq.ft. of office area built as per Komatsu global standards.
- Spare Parts Orders, Sales, Inventory and Distribution are transacted through Komatsu's P-Mates (Parts Management and Total Enhanced System) software.
- Spare parts are supplied to our distributor Larsen &Toubro, Nagpur with ex-warehouse basis, onward transportation is carried out by our distributor to their regional warehouses and sub-dealer outlets.
We ensure no contamination of sensitive spares by way of dirt or dust and follow stringent Komatsu storage practices and control methods to ensure strict audit compliance.
